Winnipeg Massage Therapist - Billie Fontaine
Billie Fontaine has over 10 years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist in Manitoba, and it doesn't stop there! She is qualified in the following fields:
- Trigger point therapy
- Myofascial release and deep-tissue massage
- Relaxation massage
- Prenatal massage
- Gua Sha and Cupping
- Laser therapy (coming soon!)
Billie's services are available 5 days a week at Stafford Street Hot Yoga (Tuesday-Saturday) to members and non-members alike.
She is registered for direct billing, and accepts most forms of payments.

Winnipeg Reflexologist - Rositha Jeanson
We are very pleased to welcome Rositha, a certified reflexologist and alternative practitioner to the Stafford Street Hot Yoga family! More wonderful healing coming to our Winnipeg hot yoga studio...
Rositha is a Certified Refloxologist and is offering reflexology, Thai foot massage and flower essence consultations on Mondays at the studio. All of our Bikram students are of course welcome to partake, as well as anyone in Winnipeg wanting a little extra healing.

Reflexology session - $45
Thai foot massage - $55
Flower Essence Consultation (including the remedy bottle) - $45
